"JMW3430LM02 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the door would not fully close and was causing the interior light circuit to energize, creating a 60Hz hum, until the door was pressed on, activating the switch. The issue had likely burned the interior light out and it will require replacement upon return. The cabinet installation was slightly incorrect, but enough to cause undue inward pressure at the top of the unit and showed as the door inoperability and a slight deformation to the trim piece under control panel. The interlock assembly will be required and and I will also add the hinges, in case of need. The unit will require shimming to prevent lower front vent contact as well. The customer has specified they would like GCO. "Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection the unit will senses the clothes but it would go to completed. Installed the control board and ran the calibration cycle and at the end it took several minutes to complete. I was hearing the slider clicked several times, gain access to the slider and found it damaged. Installed new slider and clutch and recalibrated it. Tested it in diagnostics cycle it completed it with no issues. No water leaks was detected during service. W10734521 W10754448 W11614514"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with power but wont start. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they attempt to start a load of laundry, the encoder lights will continuously scroll and the unit wont start. I was able to get the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E3-ACU not matching to HMI. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit filled then stopped and the encoder lights began to scroll then the unit shut down. I tested the lid lock and found it good. The diagnostics LED on the control is flashing as designed. I disconnected the HMI (UI) from the main control and cycled power to the unit for approximately 3 minutes and then cycled power back on and attempted to retested and the unit continued to fail and would not go into diagnostics again. I am ordering the HMI (UI), encoder control, CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST and will return with all prescreened parts. Returning tech to replace the HMI (UI) first and test before replacing other parts.
