"Arrived on site to test unit for water leak and grinding noise. Customer stated that when she would do a cycle and the basket was weighed down, it would touch the floor and water would leak. Tested suspension, found it extremely bouncy and would need replacement. Put unit and diagnostics heard a loud whirring noise. Inspected under the unit found that the gear case is leaking oil all over the cam and pulley shield. Would need to replace gear case cam, actuator and suspension. Replaced parts and tested unit, when in spin cycle unit was still a little bouncy. Looked over suspension once more and found that one of the suspension rods were bent. "Arrived on site to test unit for no cooling. Upon arrival found both cabins at room temp, tried to activate compressor in diagnostics, compressor would not kick on. Unplugged unit and inspected start device and compressor, plugged unit back in, compressor kicked on. Called techline to document SR#7738878825, per techline took amperage from compressor pulling 1.1 amps. After 20 minutes inspected evaporator coil, frost buildup is ideal and unit is starting to cool. Due to significant weather events my conclusion is unit got a power surge and got stuck in a logic loop. Advised customer to put water bottle in freezer and when it fully freezes unit will be safe to use. If unit does not cool properly it will need a sealed system repair. At this time unit is running as designed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Tested unit and found leak is coming from water inlet tube tube is slipping off of nipple causing a bad seal. Secured inlet tube and clamped it down, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production in both compartments. Found water dispensing. Both fill tubes are frozen over. Recommend control and UI replacement. Also recommend RC fill tube heater replacement. Ordering additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Requesting 2hrs on return visit. "Arrived on site to test unit for not producing ice. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped dispensing water a few days after tech serviced unit. Tested unit, water valve is open but no water is reaching the dispenser or either ice makers. Ordering both valves and also returning with UI and control.
