"Arrived on site for continued issues with F8-E4 error code. Upon arrival confirmed F8-E4 overfill switch open. Inspected drip pan and has water. Ran a normal cycle and all hoses sump, drain pump and valve are good. Ran unit long enough and found when 3rd level spray arm activates , begin leaking water through top of door and down to bottom of unit. Found door gasket is warped at top left corner. Paused unit and replaced gasket W11483553. Continued wash and leak is no longer present. Job complete. Contacted techline for documentation and spoke with Jeremy. "Arrived on site to replaced faulty parts. When removing evaporator coil, we noticed the liner melted behind the evaporator sheet metal. Not sure what caused this issue or how it occurred. Potentially might cause issues later on down the line. Notified customer. Performed sealed system repair. Replaced compressor, drier, evaporator coil and access valve. Charged with nitrogen to test for leaks and no leaks were found. Pulled a vacuum and held. Charged per specs. Ran compressor and unit is cooling. "Arrived on site for fan not powering on. Upon arrival engaged switch to energize motor is functioning as designed. Ran multiple tests which includes low/high fan speed settings, using cooktop while running the motor per customer request and light operation. No issues at this time. Advised customer to take pictures or video if the issue occurs again. As of now unit is functioning as designed. Job complete. No parts installed"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for error code f7e1. Upon closer inspection ran diagnostic cycle found unit humming and never washing or spinning. Upon closer inspection found capacitor leaking a grey substance. Replaced capacitor, tested unit, unit is now spinning and washing, but found basket jumping a lot. Found holes not punched through. Also unit wasnt shifting properly replaced actuator ran another test cycle unit is shifting properly now. Will need to order tub and return. No leaks present at this time.
