"Arrived on site for lots of ice build up in fc , upon arrival, inspected unit and found gap between fc door and cabinet about midway all the way to top. Tried heating gasket but is Already formed to the fullest. Found top of Fc door is more outward than bottom of door. Uploaded pics on SD. Contacted techline for assistance. Spoke with Rory .
