"Arrived on site to test unit for water leak. Upon arrival customer stated unit is not leaking but unit got stuck mid cycle and would not drain. Ran diagnostic cycle multiple times and all components engaged properly. There was a squeal sound from the belt. Due to intermittent issue recommend replacing cam, actuator, belt, harness and control. Advised customer to run a load and see if issue still persists. No parts installed, ordering parts for return visit, rescheduled for 05/03.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch Assembly) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11513246 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for stench. Ran test cycle unit is running as intended. Cannot smell odor due to allergies. Found drain hose a little to far down exit and had scum build up on end of drain hose. Adjusted drain hose to no longer touch Grey water runoff. Recommended running at least 3 clean cycles to alleviate smell, if problem persists recommend returning with inner plastic tub. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for cycle operation issues. Upon arrival customer stated unit would get stuck on sensing, and when unit did start to fill with water the drain pump would also kick on and it would be stuck in that loop. Inspected pressure hose, found no air leaks in the system which indicate that the issue is the control board is not reading the pressure correctly. Replaced control (W11608056) and tested, unit is now filling properly and going through the stages of the cycle correctly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
