Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed actuator not completely disengaging. Locked the switch chip in place on a new actuator with the GC method and installed new actuator. All checks good. W11481722

Arrived onsite for ongoing concerns with humidity condensation across the top of the freezer door gasket. Used adhesive to improve seal. Verified good seal tight and closed on all sides. Home is very humid and customer keep temperature between 74f and 76f night and day so the auto thermostat runs the a/c 30 minutes per day at the most. Advised customer the relative humidity in the home will be significantly higher on account of the a/c being used so sparingly and condensation is normal to present at the condensation point.
