Arrived onsite for a washer that has power but will not start. I found the unit getting stuck in sensing mode due to the door switch failing and does not recognize the door is closed. I replaced the door latch and tested the machine. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found water coming from sump and motor and tub. Found a weird thing on the tub like it was sanded and damaged the tub. It doesnt look like it was melted. Will need to replace sump and motor and tub. Will need 2 hour job. ; ordrng 1 W10909756 (Tub) and 1 2hourjob (2 hour job)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving f8E4. Found water in float. Removed waste test unit and unit test good. Showed customer hot to lift top rack to make more room for bottom rack to not block spray arms. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found and sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good job complete.
